Rulings: -Any healing ("before suffering wounds") reacts are played before Reflect is triggered. It is played after the wounds are suffered by the character, but before death is checked for. -The number of wounds reduced and the number of wounds inflicted can be changed (by effects like the Ring of Blasting) independently of each other.
